Years ago, during long car rides, my father, Rickey, and I would have deep discussions about tackling life's problems, facing fears, and dealing with the judgment of others. As I grew older and gained my own experiences, these talks evolved into an open dialogue about the complexities of life.

Inspired by these meaningful conversations, my father decided to start a podcast. I eagerly joined him in this endeavor, with the goal of helping people by offering a space where they could tune into genuine, heartfelt discussions.
